<p>From July 12th through August 23rd BMI and Silverstein Properties will be hosting a free concert every Friday in downtown Manhattan. This summer concert festival is in it&#8217;s third year and takes place at 7 World Trade Center. All concerts start at 12pm.</p>
<p>&#8220;7 World Trade Center was the first tower to be built and open at the World Trade Center in May 2006. Developed by Silverstein Properties, the building is fully leased to a world-class mix of tenants including BMI, one of the first entertainment industry companies to occupy space in the new WTC.&#8221; &#8211; BMI</p>
<p>The festival kicks off July 12 starting at 12pm with Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter band <a href="http://han-music.com">HAN</a>. Han sounds like beachy acoustic pop-rock from the 1990&#8217;s.</p>
