Loud Forest is out with a straight up indie-pop-rock banger! The song called “Hold On” is filled with synth sounds that set a feel good vibe from the start of the song. The duo is actually a married couple by the names of Bernard and Rachel Chadwick and they are based in Los Angeles. They site their influences as Spoon, The Pixies, Arcade Fire and Sonic Youth. However, they have a completely unique sound that combines several different genres to make a fresh sound in the indie-pop-rock world. The vocals are towering and extremely well-done. Sometimes the vocal styles and melodies reminds us of Tegan & Sara. You can feel the love between Bernard and Rachel just through their singing and musical collaboration. The songwriting is on point and filled with hooks that will get you playing the song over and over again. We can’t wait to hear more from this energetic duo!
