Spunk's 'Fast Dad' Is Bruising, Fast Rhythmic Rock with a Punk Approach

Spunk’s ‘Fast Dad’ is fast, unforgiving rock music with a hyper-rhythmic approach. Although the group has put out several DIY releases, their upcoming album, S.S.O.S., will be their first studio production. These guys do a solid job of fusing a rhythmic take on hard rock deeply influenced by nu metal with a hardcore punk sensibility. In a lot of ways, these guys sound like Static X or Limp Bizkit’s first release Three Dollar Bill Y’all.
