The Native Howl’s ‘Mercy’ Is Potent Hard Rock-Oriented Bluegrass

The Native Howl’s ‘Mercy’ is some emotionally potent, mostly acoustic bluegrass that exists in a hard rock context. The band says this “song takes their sound to a whole new level while still holding true to the stylings of their 2016 EP Thrash Grass.” This is a very well-rounded track. It hits hard without sacrificing its twang. There’s a deep sense of groove on here which compliments the deep, relatively technical guitar work displayed on here quite well. This is definitely worth a listen. Check out ‘Mercy’ below!
