<p class="has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph">Since releasing his debut EP<strong><em> ;Tender Things</em></strong> ;in July 2017, Francis has performed at notable venues such as: ;<strong><em>Bowery Ballroom, Brooklyn Bowl, The Hotel Cafe</em></strong>, ;<strong><em>Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall,</em> ;</strong>and alongside<strong> ;<em>Sofar Sounds</em></strong><em> ;</em>across the country. Francis has established himself as a consummate entertainer who knows how to work and wow a crowd and continues to rise as one of New York’s most notable, fun, and endearing musicians. ;</p>



<p class="has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph">After his first release in 2017, Francis then began to move away from his retro-soul beginnings and started writing and releasing music that he likes to call, “<strong><em>FONK™ MUSIC”, ;</em></strong>his own unique blend of funk and pop and from 2018 to the present, he has released a slew of ;<strong><em>FONKY™ ;</em></strong> ;singles in preparation for his next large release.</p>



<p class="has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph">After the COVID-19 Pandemic put a halt on NYC, Francis spent his time writing and recording new material, re-working and honing his live show, practicing his (terrible at best) dance moves, and planning the release of more original music. He has since started performing live again, as well as releasing some if this material he created. </p>

<p class="has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph">Most recently on August 26th, he released his single &#8220;Used To,&#8221; an electro pop song with touches of disco elements too. The song begins with Francis Aud’s beautiful vocals gracing the soft instrumental. The build up to the chorus is everything, and the chorus itself is catchy and fun to sing along with. I really enjoyed all the instrumental touches and the vocal delivery throughout the whole track. Definitely worth adding to all your pop playlists! </p>
