Frozen Inertia’s ‘Jenny Joy Filicky’ Is Some Vibe-Oriented Rock

5 10 18 Frozen Inertia‘Jenny Joy Filicky’ by Frozen Inertia is some psychedelic, jam-oriented rock music. The band described this as, “our most ambitious release. The song is an edit of a longer seven and a half minute version which will be released on May 10th.” The untethered, erratic composition screams out Primus. Clearly, this is more than just a Primus rip-off, though. As evidenced in the later part of this track, the band has an ear for post-rock and world music. These guys have a lot to offer.
