<p>We are so happy to have Jesse Daniel grace our blog <a href="https://rockthepigeon.com/2018/06/04/jesse-daniel-sings-about-the-consequences-of-drinking-driving-in-sr-22-blues/">again</a>! We recently covered his song &#8220;SR-22 Blues&#8221; and we wanted to shine some light on another song off of his self titled new record. &#8220;Soft Spot (For the Hard Stuff)&#8221; is a great song that talks about the trials and tribulations of loving alcohol a little bit too much. This track is a true rock song that is coded in the sounds of blues and country music. Santa Cruz-based, Jesse Daniel shows his great songwriting ability and vocal talents in this epic jam. The harmonica sections and the lead electric guitar parts are also very exciting and worth giving some extra attention too. Jesse Daniel&#8217;s ability to write a killer song is the mark of true artistry.</p>
