‘Acid’ by Seb Torgus is surfy psychedelic rap music with a Fetty Wop meets Lil Peep vocal approach. The tune is described as touching “upon toxic personal situations and a young musician’s struggle with management that was stifling his creativity.” Clearly, this premise is discussed through the more obvious LSD-oriented lyrical content. This is a fun track emblematic of the new direction pop and rap music are moving. Vibe-attuned, melancholy beats and sing-rapping are in.
