Lane has a confident voice that powerfully projects throughout the song. The melody is strong, entertaining, and offset with well-written, witty lyrics. &#8220;Pushing Up Daisies&#8221; is a perfect aftermath of a break-up song. It&#8217;s not sad or remorseful but, on the contrary, Lane puts into words reasons to break it off with the wrong person.</p>
