It&&num;8217&semi;s an honest capture of high-energy performances where the bass tones are killer&comma; the harmonies are quintessential punk rock&comma; and the overall attitude is as unified as the spectrum of experiences this album talks about&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p data-path-to-node&equals;"16">Of course&comma; we have to give a shoutout to &&num;8220&semi;Cops Don&&num;8217&semi;t Rock&period;&&num;8221&semi; Jerkazoid deserves serious praise for refusing to stay quiet about systemic injustices&comma; delivering a fierce and fiery anthem targeting police brutality and state-sanctioned violence&period; Between that and the beautifully melancholic &&num;8220&semi;No Comfort&&num;8221&semi; acoustic track&comma; Jerkazoid lays their bones bare while still animating the very bones of their listeners in many capacities&semi; their vocalist&&num;8217&semi;s timbre and tone are quite beautiful as much as they are powerful in their faster&comma; louder material&comma; and the band plays with an energy of cohesive passion that you can only get from dedicated musicians that undertsand each other beyond just syncopating snares and guitar strings&period; Jerkazoid fuckin&&num;8217&semi; goes off&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p data-path-to-node&equals;"17">Kicking back and playing E<i data-path-to-node&equals;"17" data-index-in-node&equals;"25">arth in Reverse<&sol;i> feels like discovering a legendary track on a classic <i data-path-to-node&equals;"17" data-index-in-node&equals;"96">Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater<&sol;i> soundtrack&comma; creating an instant core memory&period; But this time&comma; it&&num;8217&semi;s with the burdening knowledge of the real world around us that isn&&num;8217&semi;t just fun skate tricks and awesome soundtracks to enjoy with your friends&semi; this is for the acknowledgement that the world is a political fascist nightmare&comma; and we can fight and rage against it while playing some fun music&comma; maybe shred on some public property in real life&comma;
