You may have not heard of Greg Holden’s name before but you have definitely heard his songs. Greg Holden wrote the hit song “Home” sung by Phillip Phillips which sold over 5 million copies. The talented singer-songwriter has been releasing his own music for years and has built up over 300,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. His new song “On The Run” feels both modern and retro at the time. It could easily fit indie-rock-radio and it also feels like an anthem from the 1980’s. The song is a true banger! When listening you will think that Greg Holden is singing to you by the amount of emotion he pours out into the vocal track. Listen to the song on Spotify now:

“‘On The Run’ is one of a few songs that was bouncing around in my head when it came to the question of what to lead with after three years on the dark side of the moon…Ultimately, this song felt like the most authentic, whilst at the same time not being so typically subject heavy that I would scare my listeners away. I’ll save that for the second single…” – Greg Holden

More music will be out soon so be sure to follow him on Social Media right away:
