‘Estallas’ by Lenoise Is Straightforward Argentine Pop Rock

6 20 18 Lenoise‘Estallas’ by Lenoise is some straightforward pop rock with distinct post-punk influences. This Argentine band maintains their country’s tradition of creating popular music in the native castellano, or Argentine Spanish. “In the video,” they say, “we find an aesthetic that reminds of Gaspar Noe’s work, and a protagonist in the style of ‘Eraserhead’ by Lynch, developing a story and an artistic concept surrounded by the musical act.” There’s something really charming about this tune. The simple, rolling bass line and understated drums mesh perfectly with the melodic guitar work. On top of that, a distinctly melancholy vocal performance solidifies the tone the band has strived to create. These guys have a lot to offer. Check out ‘Estallas’ below!
