Overdriven guitar tones, similar to bands like <a>The Strokes</a> and The Hives, carry through this gritty single. In the first 20 seconds of the intro one electric guitar vamps on a single chord creating a loop, followed by a screeching lead guitar riff that rips through the air. The vocals are raw and emotion driven sticking to the emo genre. &#8220;Give in now, or surrender,&#8221; he sings, and it would be in your best interest to surrender to that inner sad boy and to rock out to this new single.</p>
