<p><img class=" wp-image-4790 aligncenter" src="https://rockthepigeon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/8-29-18-thousand-frames.jpeg" alt="8 29 18 Thousand Frames" width="462" height="462" />Masquerade&#8217;s &#8216;Thousand Frames&#8217; is fun, bouncy hard rock that seems to take cues from some distinctly commercial, radio-oriented acts. These guys describe themselves as, &#8220;a cultivated hard rock collective from the heart of Denver, CO.&#8221; Featuring &#8220;powerful melodies and electronic compositions on top of loud guitars and punctual drums, Thousand Frames brings a new perception to the musical experience.&#8221; The group definitely has a distinctly Breaking Benjamin or Chevelle vibe. They are able to bring the aggression, but it&#8217;s always carried out in a way that&#8217;s broadly palatable and not overly dark. At the same time, it seems like they take some cues from progressive metal. The riffs on here are kind of angular and janky and the production is truly top notch.
