The message of the song is also relatable and perfect for the season. Fall is a time for thankfulness, cheer, and forgiveness. This song is about appreciating what is good, finding a way to be happy (or “get rid of those bad vibrations”), and asking for cooperation in a relationship to work through these problems. It’s beautifully written and says what we’ve all been afraid to say in a relationship at some point.</p>
