<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hailing all the way from Minnesota via Ghana, Drelli’s roots have provided a palette for his carefree, uptempo style known as “Swag-Bop.” After bursting onto the scene in 2016, collaborating with the likes of Allan Kingdom and Warhol SS, the LA-based artist has been consistently building momentum with tracks like “Down Day,” and his most recent EP “Hey Drelli,” garnering the attention of Pitchfork, DJBooth and more.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Combining elements of dance and hip-hop, his music is infused with unique percussion and playful chords, allowing him to inject his personality and unique sense of humor into every track. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Marking his 2nd release of 2021 since aligning with 10k Projects and tik tok media giant FLIGHTHOUSE, &#8220;Forreal&#8221; is a testament to Drelli&#8217;s trajectory and the energy his artistry carries.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>&#8220;When making “forreal,” I wanted it to encapsulate my energy and my confidence&#8221; Drelli explains. &#8220;I hoped that the track would motivate other aspiring artists that may be afraid of being themselves and give them the same confidence to start their own trends.”</em> &#8211;<em>Drelli</em></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The song begins with a fun melody, and then we’re immediately welcomed by Drelli’s heavy-hitting vocal delivery and the catchy hook. The instrumental from start to finish fits <em>perfectly</em> for Drelli’s voice. The first verse delivers a slow and steady cadence that eloquently leads back into the hook. The second verse serves <em>unforgettable</em> lines that make me want to replay this song <em>over and over and over</em>. I truly can’t get enough of this track!</p>
