“Loved You” by Tummo
The vocals will draw you in immediately. The soft house music and simple lyrics give this song a great club vibe. The live EDM build up on the bridge and hook along with the electrical guitar are phenomenal. The sample of vocals on background top this song off. You might just find your new love interest on a dance floor listening to this track. Keep us updated if you do! Listen on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
“Don’t Give Me Your Heart” by Leah Judge
The intro synth chords along with the piano give this a subtle slow down vibe. Leah’s vocals are nice and full, blended smoothly over the song. I love the lively bass-line and fun breakdowns throughout this track. The guitar riffs play off the bright vocals amazingly. “Don’t Give Me Your Heart” would be epic as the background music of a breakup scene in a movie. I’m obsessed with what Leah Judge did with this song- you have to check it out! Listen on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music.
“On The Side” by Daniel Blume
The scenery of this live performance video alone is breathtaking. Not to mention Daniel Blume’s vocals will blow you away instantly. The build up is nice, along with the creative visuals and husky vocals. I like the house music with jumpy synths that give it a playful vibe. You’ll relate to “On The Side” if your partner only wants you on their terms. Maybe you should send them this song and let them know you’re too good to be on the side! Listen on Spotify and Apple Music. Check out the live performance video linked below.
“Sabotage (Beastie Boys Cover)” by Pep Squad
The intro bass is giving me inciting violence vibes, it reminds me of a song from The Purge. The vocal drop in the beginning is crazy! I like this as a cover and new era EDM take on “Sabotage” by the Beastie Boys. I love the undertone of radio vocals that’s sharply mixed with the lead vocals. This track would be awesome in a Marvel movie or the next Suicide Squad film, I get major Harley Quinn vibes from this. Listen on Spotify and Apple Music.
