<p><img class=" wp-image-4228 aligncenter" src="https://rockthepigeon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/7-25-18-spunk.jpg" alt="7 25 18 Spunk" width="457" height="457" />Spunk&#8217;s &#8216;Fast Dad&#8217; is fast, unforgiving rock music with a hyper-rhythmic approach. Although the group has put out several DIY releases, their upcoming album, <em>S.S.O.S.,</em> will be their first studio production. These guys do a solid job of fusing a rhythmic take on hard rock deeply influenced by nu metal with a hardcore punk sensibility. In a lot of ways, these guys sound like Static X or Limp Bizkit&#8217;s first release <em>Three Dollar Bill Y&#8217;all</em>. There&#8217;s an undeniable, pulsing energy this group brings to the table that&#8217;s hard not to get excited about. These guys know what they&#8217;re doing.
