This is because the song is an instant banger from the first vocal line that is sung. The song is dripping with raw emotion and an energy that is contagious and moving. The pounding anthemic drums combined with the retro sounding hook-filled-chorus makes for a song that is truly unforgettable. “The New Year” was the first single that is part of Wallysburg’s recently released EP titled “Joyharbour” which was released on September 27th, 2018.
