Nick Shattuck Sings an Ode to his Hometown while Soaking Up the Sun & Songwriting in SoCal

Having been born so close to the Mississippi River in Wisconsin, Nick Shattuck is a man that was always bound to play bluesy inspired music. The singer-songwriter is currently based in Los Angeles, writing music and performing in the beautiful Southern California Climate. The change of climate from Wisconsin to SoCal has inspired his new song called “Sorry for the Weather” which dropped late January of 2019. The song features a smooth and folky acoustic guitar and a raspy vocal that rings with pure emotion and joy. Nick Shattack’s song is an ode to his friends and family who are suffering in the rain, snow and ice in his hometown while he is working on his music career in sunny California. The song features many influences of blues, folk, and roots music. Nick Shattuck possess a talent at writing upbeat folk ballads that translate well to campfire singalong songs.
