<p>Sounding a bit like a mix between Bruce Springsteen, The Gaslight Anthem, and The Killers is singer-songwriter Trevor Stott. The singer-songwriter is out with his debut solo record called &#8220;Halfway in the Night.&#8221; One of Rock the Pigeon&#8217;s favorite tracks from that record, released in January 2019, is the title track that the singer wrote while waiting to perform in Nashville. The song combines strong folky vocals, emotional lyrics, and incredible instrumentation that feels very inspired by classic rock. The song is high-energy but also has a hint of sorrow meshed into it. &#8220;Halfway in the Night&#8221; contains catchy vocal melodies and vibrant electric guitars. The song definitely carries the spirit of rock n&#8217; roll into 2019. &#8220;Halway in the Night&#8221; is a very strong first release for Trevor Stott. It can be enjoyed on Spotify:</p>
