Hailing from Seattle, Mexican-American singer-songwriter Ivan Frey has been dabbling in music since the age of five. At age 19, Ivan Frey began releasing his own music.
You can describe this music style as Acoustic or Bedroom-Pop. The melody of “Innocence” is solely made up of one guitar with a compelling chord progression and catchy riffs. That being said, with just a guitar and an earnest tone, “Innocence” really stands out. Hearing Ivan Frey’s strong vocals is enough to become an instant fan. “Innocence” is only just under two minutes long but it definitely leaves a lasting impression.
