A song to vibe out to this summer, Nature TV is back with “Treading Water”.

Door-to-door heartbreak salesmen, Nature TV, is of Guy (guitar & vocals), Josh (bass), Zal (drums) and Jimmy (lead guitar & backing vocals). Straddling the line between indie-pop and psych-rock, their familiar yet unique sound is often compared to Peach Pit, Real Estate and Beach Fossils.
The Brighton-based quartet signed to Heist or Hit in September 2019 and quickly released 3 singles and EP, ‘Emotion Sickness’. The tracks all received rave reviews from tastemaker blogs, support from George Godfrey on BBC Radio One as well as Spotify playlisting. Following up on the sucess of their EP, 2020 saw the foursome release 3 more singles from their ‘Lady Luck’ EP, all of which also received global blog support.
Their tracks also landed Spotify playlisting on Garden Indie, Lo-Fi Indie and Alt Rocked, along with BBC Radio airplay. A live favourite, NTV were handpicked to open for Swimming Tapes, PINS and VANT as well as tour support across the UK with Trudy & The Romance. Festivals include Alternative Escape and Wild Paths Festival.

To coincide with their next release, the guys are going out on their first UK headline tour in October.
The song begins with a steady guitar melody, followed by the instrumental building more character that really creates a vibe. Once we are welcomed with the vocals, it’s clear we’re gonna be hooked on this track. I really enjoyed the catchy vocal melodies throughout the track, as well as the soft vocal delivery throughout the song. It definitely makes me want to sit back and enjoy the summer. It’s worth adding to any vibe aesthetic playlist you have!
