Viza's 'Pathway' Is Warring, International Hard Rock

Viza’s ‘Pathway’ is rumbling hard rock with a mysterious world music flair. The group’s singer says for the “final digital release of the Unorthodox Revival EPs, we wanted to do something special. This song blends some of our traditional time signatures with a rock chorus and the result is quite the hybrid that our fans will really love.” The band says they aim to, “captivate the global music scene with an erratically amusing blend of energized international rock.” The use of non-traditional percussive elements in conjunction with the buzzing folky strings works surprisingly well with the traditional metal instrumentation and the dark, warring aesthetic.
