Reclining Nude’s ‘Tell You’ is some warbly psychedelic rock out of Brooklyn. “As a chilled-out antidote to the jackhammers and sirens of New York City life,” this artist describes his music as, “skillfully layered, melted-cassette pop with the live help of a rotating cast of Ditmas Park’s finest and most available musicians.” This is “a medicinal-grade haze,” that “offers unexpected pleasures, like falling asleep on the F Train and waking up in Coney Island.” There’s definitely a strong bedroom pop meets stoner rock vibe going here. Under fuzzy, restrained guitar noodling, some tasteful synths and a computerized beat give the tune an extra kick of atmosphere. This song is about relaxation, and it does a really good job of promoting that. Check out ‘Tell You’ below!
